Based in the heart of East London, I used this facility for nearly 20 years. It has recently been completely renovated. Men only sessions, Monday and Thursday from 11.00am-9.30pm. Prices range from £20 for admission for 3 hours to £150 for Day Detox. It is based in Bethnal Green in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, one of the most interesting Boroughs in Britain. Saunas and Turkish baths are now joined by an Ice Fountain, Kneipp Hose and Monsoon Showers. Seb Cox
